At Handmade Affair, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted, and many of our items are made to order or customized with love. We take great care in creating each piece to ensure the highest quality and customer satisfaction.

Refund & Return Policy

  • Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or personal preferences.
  • Refunds or replacements are only offered in cases of wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete orders.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing your@email.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 92277176820, along with your Order ID.
  • To process your request, you must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened. This serves as proof in case of damage, missing items, or incorrect delivery.
  • Requests submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Order Cancellation

  • Since most of our products are handmade or customized upon order, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
  • If you wish to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet started.
